Privacy
How we handle personal information.
Effective 2026-04-23 · Governing law: Canada (PIPEDA)
This notice describes how Easy Access Technologies Inc. ("EasyAccess", "we") collects and uses personal information from visitors to this site and from organisations that enter into pilot arrangements with us. It is written in plain language on purpose. A legally exhaustive version will be published once we begin processing personal information at scale.
Information we collect on this site
The only personal information we currently collect from general visitors is what you choose to submit through the pilot intake form or send to us by email. We do not use marketing analytics or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
Information we collect from pilot partners
Pilot deployments involve processing voice and transcript data from end users during their use of the EasyAccess agent. The terms of that processing — what we retain, for how long, and on what basis — are set out in the pilot agreement we sign with your organisation. We do not retain pilot voice recordings beyond the operational window agreed in that contract.
Where data is processed
EasyAccess operates from Canada. Some AI infrastructure we use (large language models, speech recognition, speech synthesis) processes data in data centres operated by service providers in Canada and the United States. The specific providers and data locations active at the time of a pilot deployment are listed in the pilot agreement.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to request correction of inaccurate information. Requests should be directed to hello@easy-access.ca.
