Pilot
A six-month pilot, in your organisation.
We are running a small number of pilot deployments through 2026 with Canadian nonprofits, municipalities, post-secondary institutions, and service providers with AODA obligations. Each pilot is individually scoped and individually priced. We have not published a standard price list because every deployment is different.
What is included
What a pilot covers.
- Scoped deployment for up to fifty users in one organisation over six months, including onboarding and training.
- English and French language support from day one. Additional languages quoted on request.
- A named contact for the duration of the pilot. Bi-weekly check-ins during the first two months, monthly afterward.
- Readable session logs, usage dashboard, and a plain-language summary of findings at the end of the pilot.
- Pilot fees credit against an annual contract if the organisation chooses to continue.

Not a pilot partner?
We are happy to talk to individuals, clinicians, educators, and advocates who are not in a position to sign a pilot contract but who want to evaluate, follow, or contribute to what we are building. Write to hello@easy-access.ca and tell us briefly what you are thinking about.
